Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

Standard delivery: 5-8 business days after processing
Shipping charge: Rs. 250 per order, calculated at checkout
We deliver to residential and office addresses only, not P.O. boxes

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and courier details. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

For COD orders, our team may call to confirm before dispatch. Please keep your phone reachable. Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled after repeated failed contact attempts.

Delays

Delivery estimates can occasionally be affected by weather, courier backlogs, public holidays, or incorrect addresses. We'll keep you updated if this happens.
